2. Presentation type
1. Oral Presentation : Hybrid style (in person and online)
- Invited : 30 min (including discussion)
- Regular : 15 min (including discussion)
2. Poster Presentation : Online (Zoom's breakout room)
- 120 min (First half : 60 min, Latter half : 60 min)
- Participants on site may use Room A, B, and C.
- Please bring earphones for participating in the poster on site.
3. Submission Guideline
1. Abstracts must be submitted in English via the conference website in pdf.
2. Abstracts should be prepared accoding to the instruction of the template file.
3. Authors may modify their submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
4. Abstracts should not exceed one page in length.
5. Presented abstracts will be published in the abstract book.
4. Poster Presentation Guideline
1. The poster should be created in landscape format for viewing on a PC.
2. There is no other particular format specified because of the Zoom presentation.
3. The presenter may have more than one page, but no more than two page.
4. The presenter has to explain your poster in 2-3 minutes once every 15 minutes.
5. The participants (in Person) should use the earphones.
The poster presentation will be held using the Zoom breakout room. The participants enter the poster session through the conference portal page. (URL, ID and password are informed by e-mail.) The odd numbers are for the first half, while even numbers are for the second half. Let's enter the presentation room and share your slide when your presentation time comes.
The presenter and audiences may use Room A, B, and C for participating in the poster session.
5. Oral Presentation Guideline
1. The presentation time includes discussion.
2. The connection terminal is HDMI (in Person). If your PC is not equipped with an HDMI terminal, you can use the PCs provided in the conference room. Also, you can make a presentation by Zoom.
3. The presenter should come 30 min before your talk (in Person).
4. The copy of your presentation file should be prepared on a USB flash drive (in Person).
5. The patticipants enter the online oral session through the conference portal page. (URL, ID and password are informed by e-mail.)
6. Meeting Abstract
The meeting abstract is available on the conference portal site on 12th September. (URL, ID and password are informed by e-mail.)
